CAN YOU SEE THE WHOLE CITY OF VALENCIA IN 2 HOURS?
Thanks to our tours you can get an 'overview' of the whole city in two hours. You won't get to know every place in depth, but it's useful to decide afterwards which places you prefer to visit at your leisure.
Is the driver a city guide?
We do not offer a tour guide service included in the tour but you can hire a tour guide in addition to the driver to accompany you on the tour.
The driver, in any case, will always inform you about what you are seeing and tell you the names of the monuments and places you visit along the route. But he is not a professional guide.
What is the maximum number of passengers per tour?
Our tuk-tuk has a capacity for 6 people between children and adults distributed in 2 rows of 3 seats each.
What is the minimum number of passengers per tour?
The minimum price of the routes is from two passengers, and increases for each passenger that joins the route proportionally. However, if you want to do the tour without a companion, there is no problem, but you must book for two people.
Do children travel for free?
Children under the age of 10 are free of charge when accompanied by at least two adults, but you must notify us at the time of booking in order to bring the appropriate child seat for the tuk-tuk ride. We assume that it is not customary to bring it with you when you travel, but if you bring it with you, please let us know.
What documentation do I need to provide at the start of the tour?
You must confirm your identity as the tour contracting party to the driver so that the driver can identify the booking as yours at the meeting point. It is not necessary to present the printed invoice if you have the email with the reference number or the pdf document available at the time. We understand that it is unusual to have access to a printer on holiday and we think this is better for the planet.
Can I cancel my booking?
